参数-----Arguments-----

参数name介绍: The name of the database to connect to, or the array to select.
要连接的数据库名称或要选择的阵列。

参数use.webservice介绍: If TRUE, we will use the annmap webservices rather than a local MySQL installation.
如果是TRUE，我们将使用anmap Web服务而不是本地MySQL安装。

参数quiet.webservice介绍: If FALSE, there will be output as the webservice calls are processed. Set TRUE to silence these.
如果为FALSE，则将在处理Web服务调用时输出。将TRUE设置为静音。

参数dsname介绍: The name of the datasource to add or modify.
