Start the hypertext (currently HTML) version of R's online documentation.
启动R的在线文档的超文本（当前为HTML）版本。


使用方法-----Usage-----

help.start(update = FALSE, gui = "irrelevant",
browser = getOption("browser"), remote = NULL)

参数-----Arguments-----

参数update介绍: logical: should this attempt to update the package index to reflect the currently available packages. (Not attempted if remote is non-NULL.)
逻辑的：是否应该尝试更新软件包索引以反映当前可用的软件包。 （如果remote不是NULL，则不会尝试。）

参数gui介绍: just for compatibility with S-PLUS.
只是为了与S-PLUS兼容。

参数browser介绍: the name of the program to be used as hypertext browser. It should be in the PATH, or a full path specified. Alternatively, it can be an R function
