R下载的package中的数据如何导出？

我下载了spuRs包后，然后如何把里面的数据导出来呢？ 电脑是mac r下面并没有spurs，然后用data（package＝“spurs”）可以看到

可以看到这些数据，书上说是csv，我也不知道怎么看出来的，然后我现在就是输不进去啊？

下载的packgaes, 可能是要先install.packages("spuRs")吧？然后 data(kew) ？
